Behind the Scenes Photos: Gasoline music video shoot day 2

Day 2 of Dbstk Crzzy’s Gasoline music video shoot is a wrap.

Under the guidance of filmmaker Marco Tessiore, the set was that of a laid back, confident production. Laughing and joking ensued between takes, as well as discussions of the brand new NFL season and opinions on the most over-hyped current hip hop artists. But when the cameras where on, so were the game faces.

The talent on hand for day 2 was Dbstk himself, along with featured artist Bashwon. Joining them as the gas mask clad muscle were 3 members of America’s finest military servicemen.

Elliott Ashby helped Marco as a production assistant. Courtney Cheatham captured the professional photography. Lending additional support was Jeremy of Iconz Media fame. And I was lucky enough to be invited to assist in documenting the process.

The scene for day 2 was an industrial back alley in Mullaedong. You would think such an area would be fairly remote on a Sunday afternoon. However, frustrating comic relief was provided by biking ajummas, ajoshis on foot, motorbikes, random attack dogs and more than a few vehicles that decided to disregard the obvious fact that something important was taking place directly in front of them, deciding instead to proceed straight through. The joys of filming in Korea.

Marco works hard to get his shots, and when it was all said and done, he was definitely pleased the results from day 2.

My behind the scenes video is on the way. Here are some photos.
